Creator Profile
Kwesi Prescod is a self taught writer and
artist from Trinidad and Tobago. He was heavily influenced by 80’s stalwarts like Paul Levitz, Marv Wolfman, Frank
Miller and Alan Moore, writers who challenged the conventions of traditional comic book storytelling. Artistically,
he drew heavily from the likes of George Perez, John Byrne, Brian Bolland, Kevin Maguire, Adam Hughes and David Mazzucchelli
in developing his unique style.
Kwesi has worked in the advertising industry in Trinidad and also did cover
artwork for the Books of Genesis Newsletters in the early 90's. He is currently working on new issues of Liberty Knights, and is also developing another
property, The further adventures of Zor and Pob.
